Lisa Aucoin
Sr. Facilities Space Planner at MIT Lincoln Laboratories
Lisa has been working in healthcare & laboratory design, strategic space planning, and project management for 10 years.
She moved to Rutland in 2018 and is excited to support and be involved in the Master Planning committee for the town she very much adores.

Brian Hunton
Team Leader at MBA Mortgage
At MBA Mortgage, Brian focuses on the personal development of his team, business development, and helping develop the direction of the corporation as a whole.
He moved to Rutland in 2007 with his wife and joined the committee to help guide the town and community he's raising his daughter in.

Mitch Gill
Owner of MJG & Associates
Mitch Gill is the owner of MJG & Associates, a civil engineering / land surveying company specializing in environmental land design and development.
He moved to Rutland 2 years ago and hopes to help the Town grow, preserve its natural and cultural resources, and maintain its public facilities and services.

Tyler Rogers
General Contractor Project Manager/Estimator
Tyler currently works as a Project Manager/Estimator for a large general contractor.
He has an extensive background in environmental remediation and land development and holds a B.S. in Architecture. He and his wife, Rachel, moved to Rutland in 2019.

Melissa Danza
Conservation Agent

Melissa works as the Conservation Agent for the Town of Southborough reviewing and assisting landowners with applications for work near wetland resources and managing the town's open space.
She serves on the Rutland Conservation Commission and brings her background in natural resource management and municipal experience to the Committee.

Kate Gervais
Education & Outreach Coordinator for The Agro-Eco Proejct
Kate works for the Agro-Eco Project a small non-profit farm that supplies local food pantries with fresh produce.
She has a background in soil science and manages a cattle, sheep and bee farm with her husband. She's lived in Rutland since 2011.

Ron Barron
Principal Planner
Ron holds a Masters degree in Community Development and Planning from Clark University.
Ron has been providing zoning, land use, housing and economic development planning services to CMRPC partner communities since 2017.

Catie Morris
Planning Intern
Catie is a graduate student in Clark University's Community Development and Planning program.
Prior to Clark she served two AmeriCorps terms with an environmental non-profit in Asheville, NC. She holds a B.S. in Environmental Studies and Hispanic Studies from Davidson College.

Dominique Dutremble
Program Manager, Project Lead
Dominique leads CMRPC's Comprehensive Planning program.
as well as international development. She holds a Masters degree in Community Development and Planning and a Bachelors degree in Political Science, both from Clark University.

Trish Settles
Deputy Director - Regional Collaboration & Community Planning
Trish has more than 20 years of experience working with community development organizations.
She's worked in Southern Worcester County, Marlborough and Boston, including 12 years at CMRPC.

Matt Franz
Mapping & GIS Project Manager
Matt provides GIS management, services and support to CMRPC staff, member communities and outside agencies.
Matt has been working in state and municipal GIS since 2000. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Cartography.

Gabe Trevor
Associate Planner
Gabe Trevor began working as an Assistant Planner with CMRPC in early 2020, with a focus on Land Use and Zoning.
He holds a Master of Arts in Community Development and Planning from Clark University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Clark.

Claire Bayler
Project Co-Lead
Associate Planner
Claire Bayler holds a Masters degree in International Development from Clark University.
She joined CMRPC in 2017 to work on the Holden Master Plan and is now a member of CMRPC's core Master Plan team working on projects in Boylston, Rutland, and Mendon.

Kerrie Salwa
Project Manager
Kerrie has 20 years of planning and economic development experience in the Central Mass Region.
She works closely with municipalities on Economic Development, Gateway Improvement, Livability and Strategic Plans and Historic Preservation.

Julia Moore
Assistant Planner
Julia Moore is a graduate student at Clark University pursuing her Master's degree in Environmental Science & Policy.
She's held previous internships with the Worcester Division of Public Health, as well as the Department of Environmental Protection in Brooklyn, New York.
